[What does that even mean? Jerry isn't going to elaborate, he's just going to keep walking. He's going to ignore the rest of Ragna's attitude though -- he's a criminal, and criminals can just Be Like That.]

The time is long past to begin the Sentencing.

[ Ragna lets out a snort, rolling his eyes. If the goal of this guy is to irritate him and convince him not to listen to whatever this "council" has to say, then he's doing a good job. ]

Oh yes, please, be more vague and cryptic, that totally makes me wanna cooperate more.

[ Could his sarcasm be any more obvious? Hopefully it gets across, because his patience for this bullshit is wearing thin. ]

You don't fucking say. If they're gonna drag people in here for their dumb shit, then they could at least have the courtesy to get on with that right away.

[ They quite literally dug him up from the grave for this, so it'd better be something important. ]

There were delays.

[It's all he says.

He stops in front of a door, and opens it before motioning for him to go inside. It looks like a typical meeting room, though... it's empty.]

[ Whatever. At least they're progressing now and maybe he can finally find out what the hell he's even doing here.

... Or so he thought, but instead of answers, he finds himself facing an empty room. His scowl deepens, and he gives Jerry a doubtful look. ]

... If it's a joke, then I'm not laughing. And I don't take kindly to assholes wasting my time.

[ Nevertheless, despite his suspicions, he still steps into the room. That's the only way to find out if the guy is pulling his leg, right? ]

[Ragna won't remember much after Jerry closes the door and the room goes dark. He may remember feeling judged, and voices from people he can't remember the faces of. He doesn't remember much, but he does remember the most important part:]

[When Ragna becomes aware again, he's outside of City Hall, without Jerry as an escort. The paper with his crime on it will be updated to reflect this task.]

[ooc: The longer that Ragna takes to complete this task, the more he will see and hear the bodies and voices of the dead and dying, both in the waking world and in his sleep. They will quiet while he is on the right track to completing the Council's request, however.
